of said County by due proof that said J.A. Williams
died on the 28" day of November, AD 1895
       It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed,
that said Last Will and testament bearing date of
July 18" AD 1894 and attested by J.B. Davis V.H.
Ellis and F.P. Olmstead as subscribing witnesses
thereto be and the same is hereby admitted to probate
according to Law as and for the true Last Will &
Testament of said J.A. Williams, deceased, and
that the same with the proof thereof be duly re-
corded in the Book of Wills

In the name of God, Amen,
                I, James A. Williams of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, being of sound
mind and memory but considering the uncertain-
ty of my earthly existence, do make and declare this
my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following.
First:  That my Executrix (hereinafter to be named)
shall pay all my just debts, however, and to whom-
soever owing, out of the first money's that may come unto
her hands as a part or parcel of my estate
2nd=  It is my will and desire that my said
executrix shall first sell and dispose of so much
of the personal property, that I may die possessed
as may be necessary and sufficient to pay all my
just debts. In the event of the proceeds of the sale of
the personal property be insufficient to pay all my just
debts, Then my executrix shall sell so much of the real
property that I may die possessed, as may be necessary
to pay said just debts
3  My will and desire is that after the payment of
all expenses and my just debts, that my said Executrix
shall hold and control all and every part and par-
cel of the residue and remainder of my estate, real
and personal together with rents and issues thereupon
