issues thereof, as in her judgement may be best
for the support and maintenance of her my be-
loved wife, and the support, maintenance and
education of my beloved children, named James
A. Eliza, Herbert M. and Carrie Dell
4th  It is my will and desire that all the residue
and remainder of my estate after the payment of
all my just debts, shall at the time when the
                 said
youngest one of my^children shall arrive at
and attain the age of twenty-one years, shall be
                                  said
equally divided and paid over to my^wife and
all my
said children in equal proportions, Share and
share alike to them and each and every of them
their heirs, executor and administrators and assigns
absolutely forever
5th  My Will and desire is that my said Exec-
utrix shall consult and advise with her brothers
at all times in the management and controll
of my estate, but that she shall not employ or
consult a lawyer or lawyers as to the manage-
ment or settlement of my said estate
And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint
my dearly beloved wife Eliza B. Williams my
lawful Executrix to execute this my Last Will
and Testament, according to the true intent and
meaning, of the same, hereby revoking and declaring
utterly void all other Wills and Testaments by
  heretofore
me^made. *
