                          Before me H.G. Mason, County
Judge in and for said County, personally appeared
James U.H. Ellis, who being duly sworn, deposes and
says that he was present and saw the said J.A.
Williams sign the foregoing paper writing as and for
his last Will and Testament, and that he together
with J.B. Davis and T.P. Olmstead signed the same
as subscribing witnesses in the presence and at the
request of the said Testate and in the presence
of each other
