In the Name of God: Amen.
I James Fennel, Sr. of Alachua County, Florida,
being in good health and of sound mind and dis-
posing memory, Calling to mind the uncertainty of
human life and being desirous of settling my
worldly affairs and directing how the estate with
which God has blessed me shall be disposed of
after my decease, while I have strength and ca-
pacity so to do, do make and publish this my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making null and void all other Last Wills
and Testaments by me heretofore made.
And First: I command my immortal being to
Him who gave it, and my body to the earth to
be buried by my Executor hereinafter named, befit-
ting my station in life
And as to my worldly estate and all the
property, real, personal or mixed or which I shall
die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be en-
titled at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath,
and dispose thereof in the following manner, to wit:
My Will is that all of my property of whatsoever Kind
or nature, whether real, personal or mixed, of which
I may or shall die seized or be entitled
to from any source whatsoever, shall as soon as prac-
ticable after my decease, be converted by my Executor
into Cash money, and in order that the same shall
be done without delay or hindrance, he is empow-
ered by me to sell and dispose of any and all prop-
erty belonging to me at my decease, either at public
or private sale, whichever in his Judgement may be
for the best interest of my estate.
And out of the proceeds of the same or out of any
money that may be in his hands as my Executor
belonging to my estate that the said executor do pay
first of all expenses attending my last sickness
also all funeral charges as well as my Just debts
Item The ballance of my estate that is to say the re-
mainder of the Common cash fund into which my
said property shall have been converted by my
