said Executor in pursuance of this my said Will
That may be in the hands of my Executor after pay-
ing my Just debts and funeral charges and expenses
of my last illness, it is my express will shall be
divided by my said Executor into six equal parts
or moieties, and by him distributed and paid
over, taking reciepts therefor, to the following named
persons as my heirs and legaties under this Will
as follows,
         To my son John Fennel, one equal part
or moiety of said cash fund. To my son James,
Fennel, Jr One equal part or moiety of said cash fund
To my daughter Catharine Suggs one equal part or
moiety of said Cash fund. To my daughter Georgiana
Grainger, one equal part or moiety of said cash fund
To my son Lewis W. Fennel one equal part or moiety
of said cash fund. And the remaining sixth part
or moiety of said cash fund to be divided by
my said Executor into four equal parts or moi-
eties and distributed as follows among the chil-
dren of my deceased daughter, Lavinia A. Crump-
ton, wife of H.A.H. Crumpton, or their heirs
subject to the restrictions herein attached thereto
That is to say, Hattie E. McIntosh wife of
D.C. McIntosh, one part or moiety thereof, or in
case of her death to her legal heirs or their rep-
resentatives, taking due receipt therefor To J.J.
Godwin as Trustee for his minor children to be
held by him as such Trustee without bond or se-
curity, I having implicit confidence that he will
faithfully discharge said Trust the one equal
part or moiety thereof to which his deceased wife
Katie G. Godwin would have been entitled to
had she lived, as one of the children of my de-
ceased daughter Lavinia A. Crumpton to be held
by the said J.J. Godwin and duly invested in some
interest bearing property or in any manner he
may see fit to use, for the best interest of said Chil-
dren until they become twenty one years of age
when the same is to be paid over to them or the
survivors of them or their legal heirs or represent-
tatives, share and share alike
