of her death to her legal heirs or representatives
taking due reciept therefor, And to James M. Crump-
ton, son of My deceased daughter Lavinia S. Crump-
ton one equal part or moiety thereof to be held
in trust for him by my Executor James Fennel Jr
without bond or security of any Kind, I having
implicit confidence in him that he will discharge
this trust faithfully until the said James Fennel
M. Crumpton shall become twenty one years of
age, when the same shall be paid over to him
in person, and in case of the death of the said
James Fennel Jr prior to the becoming of age of
the said James M. Crumpton, Then I do nomin-
ate as his successor in said trust all of my
living
other^children at the time of his decease, And in
case of the death of the said James M. Crumpton
before he shall have reached the age of twenty one
years, Then the share or moiety which I now do
give him shall go to his sisters, their heirs or
their legal representatives, or the survivors of them
and no one else
And I do Nominate and appoint my Son
James Fennel Jr to be the Executor of this
my last Will and Testament, without require-
ing any Bond, I the said James Fennel Sr
having implicit Confidence in him that he
will discharge the duties as faithfully as if
he were under a bond to do so
In testimony Whereof, I the said James
Fennel Sr have to this my last Will and Testament
Contained on six pages of legal Cap paper
subscribed my name and affixed my seal
this the 7" day of April AD 1892, in the
Year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and

The above instrument of six pages was duly signed, sealed, and
declared at the date thereof to us by the Testator who subscribed
his name thereto in our presence to be his Last Will and Testament
and he the said James Fennel Sr requested each of us to sign
our names thereto as attesting Witnesses which we did in his
presence and in the presence of each other on the same day above
