Proof                       Before me H.G. Mason
        County Judge in and for said County,
        personally Isaac Mizelle who being duly
        sworn says that he was personally present as
        a subscribing and attesting Witness with H.J.
        Riles and M.E. Weeks, who were also present as
                    and attesting
        2 subscribing^witnesses and saw the testator
        James Fennel Sr subscribe his name to
        the instrument of writing hereto annexed
        as and for his last Will and Testament
        and that the said James Fennel Sr did then
        and there in the presence of said Witnesses,
        publish and declare the same to be his last
        Will and Testament, That the said three
        witnesses did then and there at the special
        request of said James Fennel Sr and in his
        presence and in the presence of each other
        subscribe their names thereto as attesting
        Witnesses. And the said Isaac Mizell
        further swears that he verily believes the
        said instrument of writing hereto annexed
        so subscribed, published, declared and attested
        as aforesaid, to be the True Last Will and
        Testament of said Testator the said James
        Fennel Sr
