                          By the County Judge of said County

       In the matter of the Last Will and Testament }
       of Charlotte Lemperly, Deceased late of      }
       Alachua County, Florida                      }

                         The said Last Will and Testament
       of Charlotte Lemperly having been duly established by
       the sworn testimony of J.M. Rivers a subscribing and
       attesting witness thereto, as being the true Last Will &
       Testament of the said Charlotte Lemperly, and no ob-
       jection being made to the Probate thereof, And it
       appearing to the County Judge of said County by
       due proof that the said Charlotte Lemperly died on
       the -- day of August AD 1898
           It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
       that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date
       July 14" AD 1898, and attested by J.M. Rivers and
       Minnie Giddings as subscribing witnesses thereto
       be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate
       according to law as and for the true Last Will
       and Testament of said Charlotte Lemperly, deceased
       and that the same with the proof thereof, be, and
       duly recorded in the Book of Wills.

Will   (T) Last Will and Testament of Mrs C. Lemperly

              In the name of God! Amen!
        I, Mrs C. Lemperly, widow, being in good bodily health
        and of sound and disposing mind and memory,
        calling to mind the frailty and uncertainty of human
        life, and being desirous of settling my worldly
        affairs, and directing how the estates with which
        it has pleased God to bless me, shall be disposed
        of after my decease, while I have strength and
        capacity so to do, do make, and publish this my
