Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making null and void all other Last Wills
and Testaments by me heretofore made, And
First - I commend my immortal being to Him
who gave and my body to the earth to be buried
with little expense or ostentation, by my Executors
hereinafter named
 And as to my worldly estate, and all other the
property, real personal or mixed or which I
shall die seized and possessed, or to which I
shall be entitled at the time of my decease
I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in manner
following, to-wit
Imprimis = My Will is that all my just
debts and funeral charges shall by my Ex-
ecutors hereinafter named, be paid out of my
estate in the State of Florida of which I shall
die seized and possessed, or to which I shall
be entitled at the time of my decease, as
soon after my decease as shall by him be
found convenient
Item, My Executor hereinafter named is
authorized and directed to sell and convey
by deed or bill of sale, by either private or
public sale, as he may deem best all the
following described property = to wit, all those
certain lots, tracts, pieces or parcels of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida, and more particularly des-
cribed as the land described in a certain deed
of Conveyance from Margaret E. McClellan and
Robt McClellan to Mrs Charlotte Lemperly
which deed is recorded in Deed Book 40 at
page 433. Also the land described in a
certain Deed of Conveyance from Mary Feam-
ster and John R. Feamster to Cornelius Lemperly
and Charlotte Lemperly, which deed is recorded
in deed book 29 at page 219 both of which
deeds are recorded in the public records of
Alachua County, Florida,^ (Beginning at the
S.W. Corner of Lot 24 run thence) Also part
of lot 24 of Brushes Addition to Gainesville
Alachua County Florida, Beginning at the
SW Corner of Lot 24, run thence due north
