66 feet, Thence due west 166 feet, to point of be-
ginning, Also all the personal property of what-
soever Kind that I shall die possessed of, or to
which I shall be entitled at the time of my
decease.
 Item, My Executor hereinafter named is
authorized and directed to reduce all choses
in action to possession and after paying all
the expenses of executing this Will, together with
all my Just debts and funeral charges, then
to pay my three sons W.H. Van Noate W.G. Ross
and A.J. Ross, all moneys then remaining in
his possession of the proceeds of my estate, each
an equal part sum
  Item= I give, devise and bequeath to my
three sons W.H. Van Noate, W.G. Ross and A.J. Ross
the following described tracts of land, situated
in the City of Cleveland, Ohio, and more par-
ticularly described as follows, to wit, Sub lot
No 104 in G.G. Hickox & others allotment of a
part of original Lots 313 & 314 in the City of
Cleveland, formerly Newburgh Township,
said sub lots being 40 feet front on Fourth
Avenue & 135 feet deep, to have and to hold
the same unto them and their heirs forever
in equal shares
  Item My Executor hereinafter to be named
is directed to sell and convey all the rest
and residue of my estate, either by deed or
otherwise and to pay to my three sons W.H.
Van Noate, W.G. Ross and A.J. Ross all the
sums of money therefor in equal shares
  Lastly I do nominate and appoint M.B.
Saunders to be the Executor of this my last
Will and Testament, and request that he
may be exempt from giving any sureties
on his Official bond
