                   Before me H.G. Mason, County
Judge, in and for said County, personally, appeared
J.M. Rivers who being by me duly sworn, says
that he was personally present as a subscribing
and attesting witness with Miss Minnie Giddings
who was also present as a subscribing and attesting
Witness, and saw the testatrix, Mrs Charlotte Lem-
perly subscribe her name to the instrument of
writing hereto annexed as and for her Last
Will and Testament and that the said Mrs
Charlotte Lemperly did, then and there in the 
presence of said Miss Minnie Giddings and
deponent, publish and declare the same to be
her Last Will and Testament, That the said
two witnesses did, then and there, at the special
request of said Charlotte Lemperly, and in her
presence and in the presence of each other, sub-
scribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses
And the said J.M. Rivers further swears that he
verily believes the said instrument of writing hereto
annexed, so subscribed, published, declared and at-
tested as aforesaid to be the true last Will &
Testament of said Testatrix the said Mrs Charlotte
