      Know all men by these presents:
           That I, Charles K. Dutton, of the City,
      County and State of New York, being of sound
      mind and disposing mind and memory and
      considering the uncertainty of this life, do make
      publish and declare this to be my Last Will
      and Testament, in manner and form following
      that is to say:
      First = I direct all of my just debts and fu-
      neral expenses to be paid out of my estate
      Second = I give and bequeath to my wife,
      Alice B. Dutton my Life Insurance Policy 161588
      for Ten Thousand Dollars, in the North Western
      Mutual Life Insurance Company of Milwaukee
      Wisconsin.
      Third = The remainder of my estate, both real
      and personal, and wheresoever situate, I give
      devise and bequeath as follows
          To my wife Alice B. Dutton: one half
      thereof which is to be in lieu of Dower
          To my son James Otis Dutton one quarter
