thereof, payable to him when he shall attain the age
of thirty years.
To my daughter Bessie K. Stevens, the remaining one
quarter payable when she shall attain the age of
thirty years.
The income from the property I have bequathed to
my children shall belong to my wife until the
principal of said legacies is paid over to them
The title to all of my real estate wherever sit-
uated is hereby vested in my wife Executrix or
Executors as the case may be with full power
and authority to sell any or all real estate by
me possessed, the share of the proceeds of the same
belonging to my children I direct shall be invested
by my said Executrix in such securities as the
law directs, and the principal paid over to them
as they reach the age of thirty years
Lastly = I do nominate and appoint my wife
Alice B. Dutton Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all former or other
Wills by me made - I likewise direct that such
persons as she shall name shall be Co Executor
with her
