Alachua County } In the County Court of Alachua County
To the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of said Court, the
petition of Celia Rivers respectfully showeth that she
is a resident of Alachua County, State of Florida,
That on the 29th day of August AD 1898 F.J. Rivers
of in said Alachua County, departed this life
at his home, leaving a last Will and Testament
duly signed and attested as your petitioner be-
lieves which she now presents to your honor for
Probate, That said Testator in said Will nominated
your Petitioner, Celia Rivers Executrix thereof,
That said deceased left property and effects as
follows, to wit, some Real and Personal property
That said deceased him surviving a wife &
ten children, his only heirs at law, That your
petitioner resides at Newnansville Florida, And
accept &
she is willing to^undertake the trust confided to
her in said Will, Wherefore your petitioner prays
that the said Will may be admitted to Probate &
Letters Testamentary thereon may be issued to said
petitioner, after proper hearing and proof and that
all orders necessary may be made
