and considering the uncertainty of this frail and
transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, pub-
lish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament, that is to say
First = After all my lawfull debts are paid
and discharged, I give, and bequeath to my be-
loved wife Celia Rivers and to my three chil-
dren, Isola Rivers, Jesse J. Rivers & Barney Rett
Rivers, by her my said wife, my homestead
consisting of eighty acres of land and being the
east half of the NorthEast quarter of section fourteen
(14) Township seven (7) Range eighteen (18) in Alachua
