               F.J. Rivers
County Florida, together with all the appurtenances
and hereditaments to the same belonging or apper-
taining, and also my mare Dolly and her colt
and my wagon, farming implements and house-
hold and Kitchen furniture, Also my stock of
Cattle Comprising about 20 head and their in-
crease, saving and excepting such of said cattle
as I may hereafter give and deliver as a bequest
to any of my other heirs, or otherwise dispose of
during my life And it is my will that all
of the above mentioned and devised real and
personal property, shall be the absolute property
of my said wife Celia Rivers during her
natural life, to be used controled and disposed
of by her as she may see fit, and after her
death the residue, if any, to be the property in the
same manner of my said children the said 
Isola Rivers Jesse J. Rivers and Barney Rett Rivers or
such of them as may survive my said wife, Share
and share alike
Second = I give and bequeath to my older
children, W.J. Rivers, C.J. Rivers, Washington Rivers,
Thomas Rivers, Mrs Emma Stroman and Mrs Mary
Osteen all the rest and residue of my property
                               seized
and estate, of which I shall die^possessed, both
real, personal and mixed, to be divided equally
between wife Celia Rivers to be sole Executrix of
this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills by me made
        In witness Whereof I have hereunto sub-
        scribed my name and affixed my seal the
        11" day of March in the year of our Lord
        one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven

The above partly written and printed instrument was subscribed
by the said F.J. Rivers in our presence and acknowledged by him
to each of us, and he at the same time declared the above instrument
so subscribed, to be his last Will and Testament, and we at his request
have signed our names as witnesses thereto in his presence and in
the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our
respective places of Residence
