In the matter of the Last Will & Testament }
of F.J. Rivers, deceased, Late of Said County }
The said last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony of
G.M. Wienges, a subscribing and attesting witness
thereto as being the true Last Will and Testament of the
said F.J. Rivers, and no objection being made to
the Probate thereof. And it appearing to the County
Judge of said County by due proof that said
F.J. Rivers died on the 29" day of August AD
therefore
1898. It is^ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the said Last Will and Testament bearing date
March 11 AD 1897 and attested by G.M. Wienges
W.C. Jackson and H.G. Mason as subscribing
(and attesting) witnesses thereto be, and the same is
hereby admitted to Probate according to law as
and for the true Last Will and Testament of the said
F.J. Rivers, deceased, and that the same with
the Proof thereof be duly recorded in the book of
Wills
Given under my hand and seal at
Gainesville in said County this 23rd
day of February AD 1899
