Know all men by these presents
That I, Willis Parker, senior, of the County of Alachua
State of Florida, now residing about two miles north-
west of Gainesville in said County, being of
sound mind and memory and considering the
uncertainty of life, do by this indenture make,
ordain, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking each all & every other
will by me heretofore made, I desire,
First, That out of my estate all my just debts
be paid and discharged of both Real and personal
property, together with accounts and Credits I
give, devise and bequeath as follows.
To my beloved son Willis Parker, junior, I do
hereby one half (1/2) interest to and in my entire
real and personal and mixed estate, and all
the property, and all the right or interest to and
in property of every Kind and nature at the time
of my death.
Second: To my beloved son William C.D. Parker
I give, devise and bequeath an individual one half
(1/2) interest of my entire estate, consisting of both
real and personal property or wheresoever the same
may be at the time of my death
Third: I do hereby make, constitute and appoint
I.E. Webster, of said Alachua County, Florida
my true and lawful Attorney and Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal
this eleventh day of October in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five

The above and foregoing instrument, we do hereby certify, was
signed by Willis Parker, senior, in our presence, as his Last Will
and Testament, and we at the Testators request and in his presence
