Alachua County        }        Before me, H.G. Mason, County
Judge, in and for said County and State, personally
appeared J.A. Andrews, who being by me duly sworn
says that he was present as a subscribing & attesting witness with
L.E. Chesnut who was also present as a subscribing
and attesting witness and saw the Testator Willis J.
Parker subscribe his name to the instrument of writing
hereto annexed as and for his Last Will and testament
and that the said Willis Parker did then and there
in the presence of said affiant and L.E. Chesnut pub-
lish an declare the same to be his last Will and
Testament, That the said two witnesses did then and
there at the special request of the said Willis Parker
and in his presence and in the presence of each
other, subscribe their names thereto as attesting witnesses
And the said J.A. Andrews further swears that he
verily believes the said instrument of writing hereto
annexed, so subscribed, published, declared and attested
as aforesaid to be the true Last Will and Testament
of said Testator the said Willis Parker
