Will           
                In the name of God, Amen

         I, Farnco John Billinghurst, of the City of Lancaster,
         County of Fairfield, and State of Ohio, being of
         full age, and of sound and disposing mind, mem-
         ory and understanding and not under any
         restraint, do make and publish this my Last
         Will and Testament as follows, to wit
Item 1st       It is my will that all my real estate
         wherever situated and of whatever kind or
         description, shall be given, and I do hereby
         will and devise the same to my sister Lucy
         E. Billinghurst to be hers in fee simple
         forever
Item 2"        It is also my will that my said sister
         Lucy E. Billinghurst shall have all my
         promisory notes, certificates of money deposited
         in Bank, and all other papers and documents
         of every kind and description
Iten 3.        It is also my will that my said sister
         Lucy E. Billinghurst shall have all my
         household goods and furniture and all
         my other personal property of every Kind
         and description. Also all my chattel property
         of every Kind and description
Item 4"        It is my will and desire that my said sister
         Lucy E. Billinghurst shall pay all my just
         debts and funeral expenses,
Item 5"        I do hereby constitute and appoint my
         said sister Lucy E. Billinghurst to be the
         Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
         hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
         and ratifying and confirming this to be my
         only Last Will and Testament,
               In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
               my hand and seal this 10" day of Jan-

         Signed, sealed and acknowledged by the said Farnco J.
         Billinghurst as his last Will and Testament in our presence
         and signed by us as witnesses at his request and in his
