Oath Personally appeared before me
Mrs Mattie Plyley and Mrs D.M. Grove, well Known
to me, who being duly sworn say, each upon oath that
they were personally well acquainted with F.J. Bil-
linghurst, deceased during his lifetime and that they
are each familiar with his handwriting and his
signature, that the paper writing herewith exhibited
purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the
said F.J. Billinghurst has been carefully examined
by them, and that the hand writing is that of the
said F.J. Billinghurst, and that his signature thereto
is genuine, Affiants further swear that they have
no interest in said Will nor in the estate of the
said deceased, and that they verily believe the
said Will to be the true Last Will and Testament
of the said F.J. Billinghurst

The said Last Will
and Testament having been duly established
by the sworn testimony of Mrs Mattie Plyley
and Mrs D.M. Grove as witnesses of the hand-
writing of the said Farnco J. Billinghurst, and
no objection being made to the Probate thereof
And it appearing to the County Judge of said
County by due proof that the said Billinghurst
died on the 25" day of February AD 1898
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the said Last Will and Testament bearing
date of January 10" 1882 and attested by
