Township eleven (11) Range eighteen (18), and all
other real estate I may own wheresoever situated
with all the rights and appurtenances to all of
said land appertaining
          I give and bequeath to James P.
Bauknight-my horses, cattle and hogs, my
Kitchen and household furniture, my money &
all the personal property I now have or may have
at the time of my death of whatever kind it
may be
          Should I acquire any other real property
of any Kind whatever at any time hereafter, I will
and devise that the same shall also become the
property of said James P. Bauknight as fully as
that already mentioned, It being my interest-and
purpose, that he shall have possess and enjoy all
my property of any Kind whatever that I may
own or claim at my death, including all claims
and demands whatsoever I have now or may have
hereafter against all other persons
          I appoint the said James P. Bauknight as
the Executor of this will
