           County, Florida, To the Honorable H.G. Mason
           Judge of said Court,
                The petition of Alexander Goodson, respectfully
           showeth that he is a resident of Alachua County
           State of Florida, That on the __ day of __
           AD 189 , Celia Goodson of Melrose in said
           Alachua County departed this life at her
           home, leaving her last Will and Testament,
           duly signed and attested as your petitioner
           believes, which he now presents to your Honor
           for Probate, That said deceased left property
           and effects as follows -----
           That said deceased left her surviving, husband
           and three children her only heirs at law
           That your petitioner resides at Melrose in
           said County, Wherefore your petitioner prays
           that the said Will may be admitted to pro-
           bate after proper hearing and proof, and
           that all other orders necessary may be made
