Last Will and Testament of John F. Willey
I, John F. Willey, of the County of Clark and
State of Indiana, do make and publish this
as my last Will and Testament
1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife
Maria Willey, One Thousand dollars, one
horse and buggy, or three hundred dollars
as she may choose, and one cow and all
the household and Kitchen furniture, beds
and bedding
2" I bequeath to the Northeast Indiana Con-
ferance of the M.E. Church, five hundred
dollars, to be given to the widows and Orfins
of the worne out itenerant preachers,
3rd I bequeath to the Missionary Society of
the M.E. Church, five hundred dollars
4" I bequeath to the Home Mition of the M.
E. Church five hundred dollars
5" The ballance of my estate I bequeath
to my children as follows, to wit
6" Mary F. Pointdexter, five hundred dollars
7" Shiviral B. Willey, only surviving heir, seven
hundred dollars
8" Paulina V. Goodwin, one hundred dollars
9" Dennis F. Willey, five hundred dollars
and One Thousand in Bank Stock of the first
National Bank of Jeffersonville, Ind
10" I bequeath to America A. Brookbank, five
hundred dollars
11" I bequeath to Wyatt E. Willey five hundred
dollars and one thousand in Bank Stock
of the first National Bank of Jeffersonville Ind
12" I bequeath to Charlotte H. Stewart, five
hundred dollars
13" I bequeath to Martha A. Hawes, five
hundred dollars, and one Thousand dollars
in Bank Stock of the First National Bank
