V. Goodwin and the only surviving heir of
Shiviral B. Willey, after paying all my
lawful debts and my funeral expenses and
using One hundred dollars to letter and
arrange my famaly monument in the Sem-
etary in Utica Township, Clark Co, Ind
15" I hereby appoint and constitute Dennis
F. Willey the Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament
16" I direct that my personal estate be soled
on a credit of 2 months under the same
rules and regulations governing the sales of
desedance personal estate, and that all my
real estate be soled in lots or parsels to suit
the purchasers, One third to be paid down
the ballance in six and twelve month
defurd payments to be secured by mortgage
All the above sales and bequests I desire my
Executor to do and faithfully perform
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this third day of December
one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven
