of said will and in its stead, I devise and bequeath
to my beloved wife Maria Willey during her life
time the following property, The southwest quarter
the NE quarter of section 9 Township one North
Range, six east, Also the south half of the North-
west quarter of section 9 Township one North Range
six east 80 acres more or less, Also Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of section 9 Town-
ship one North Range six east 40 acres, more or less
Also two horses, wagons, buggies and farming
implements, cows, sheep or other stock used or
being on the above described real estate in
the County of Clark and State of Indiana
Also household and Kitchen furniture, Also Two
hundred Dollars
2"  I hereby revoke Item third of my Will
above described
3"  I direct as correction in item no 2 of said
Will that the word "North" in the first line
of said item be changed to "South" so as to
read "Southeast instead of "Northeast"
4"  I hereby revoke Item 10" of my Will aforesaid
and in its stead, I bequeath to the heirs or heir
of America A. Brookbank (now deceased) one
hundred Dollars and direct that the remain-
der of former bequests made to the said
America A. Brookbank, together with any
and all other interests in my estate that would
have fallen to the said America A. Brookbank
had she survived me, be given to my two
daughters, Lottie H. Stuart and Martha A.
Hawes equally
