Codocil = No 2 =
Know all men by these presents that I
John F. Willey, of the County of Clark and
State of Indiana, do make and publish this
Codocil to my Will bearing date of December
3rd 1887, to which it is attached and made
a part, I hereby revoke Item 2" of said Will
and the correction of said item made in (the)
Codocil thereto, dated October 31" 1893, and be-
queath, in its stead five hundred dollars to
Emma Willie, Junior the only surviving dau-
ghter, of Shiveral B. Willey
In testimony whereof, I hereunto set
my hand and seal this 3rd day of May

Signed, sealed and published by the said
John F. Willey as a Codocil to his Will
bearing date of Dec 3rd 1887, in the presence
of us who at his request and in his presence
and in the presence of each other, subscribe our
names as Witnesses thereto

this 3rd, all and any other Codocils except
these three having been destroyed by my order
I hereby revoke Item 3 of my said Will
in which the Missionary Society of the M.E.
Church was to have five hundred Dollars and
bequeath the same to the Indiana Conference
of the M.E. Church for the benefit of the
widows and Orphans of deceased Methodist
Ministers, This is not intended to substitute Item
