No 2 as revoked by codicil No 2, but is for the
purpose of changing the said sum from the
Missionary Society and giving it as above and
in no wise to effect the provision made in
Codocil No 2

Willey as a Codocil to his Will, bearing date of
December 3rd 1887 in the presence of us, who at his
request and in his presence and in the presence of
each other subscribe our names as Witnesses thereto

Before me William Goodwin
Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court, personally came
Joseph J. Hawes one of the subscribing witnesses
to the foregoing last Will and Testament of John F.
Willey, late of Clark County Indiana, deceased
and being duly sworn on oath says that
he was present at the execution of said last Will
that the same was duly executed, that at the
time of the execution thereof, said testator was of
full age to devise his property, of sound mind
and memory, and not under any coercion or
restraint, that said testator requested this af-
fiant and one John Hurrle the other subscribing
witness to sign said Will as witnesses thereto
which they accordingly did, in the presence
of said Testator, and in the presence of each
other as subscribing Witnesses thereto
