of the Clark Circuit Court do hereby certify 
that the above and foregoing last Will and
testament of John F. Willey, late of Clark
County, State of Indiana, deceased was at
this day duly admitted to Probate and record and
the proof thereof duly made by Joseph J.
Hawes one of the subscribing witnesses thereto
which said Will, together with such proof 
have been duly recorded in Will Record "J" 
page 376 in this Office

                      Before me William 
Goodwin, Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court
came Winfield S. Messer one of 
the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Cod-
ocil, dated October 31, 1898, to the last Will 
and Testament of John F. Willey, late of, 
Clark County Indiana, deceased and being 
duly sworn on his oath says, that he was 
present at the execution of said Codocil to 
said last Will, that the same was duly ex-
ecuted, that at the time of the execution thereof 
said testator was of full age to devise his prop-
erty, of sound mind and memory and not 
under any coercion or restraint, that said
testator requested this affiant, and John B. Cal-
laway the other subscribing witness to sign the
said Codocil as witnesses thereto which they 
accordingly did in his presence of said Testator
and in the presence of each other,
