  In the matter of the probate of the will of Enoch W. 
    Turner decd.
 Your petitioner respectfully showeth that Enoch W. Turner
departed this life on the 14th day of January 1883
that the said deceased made a will and appointed your
petitioners Executor of the same, Your petitioner would
therefore pray your Honor to have the same allowed
and admitted to probate, and your petitioner will
ever pray &c

              Upon reading and considering the
foregoing petition and the said will having been proved
in accordance with law by Hugh Ballard, one of the sub-
scribing witnesses to the same, It is therefore ordered that the
same be and is admitted to probate; It is further ordered
that the letters Testamentary do issue to the Executor named
therein; Done and ordered this Jany 4th 1883

Alachua County  }     In the name of God Amen! I Enoch
W. Turner at present of the town of Gainesville in Alachua
County, State of Florida being of weak & declining
health, but of sound & disposing mind, memory and
discretion, while I have strength and discretion
so to do, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all former
wills & testament which may heretofore have been made
by me.
Impermis  It is my will and desire that after my death my
remains shall be conveyed to, and interred in the
burying grounds at ******** Plains Jefferson County
