Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court, do hereby
certify that the above and foregoing Codocil
dated May 3" 1895, to the last Will and
Testament of John F. Willey, late of Clark
County, State of Indiana, deceased, was this
day duly admitted to probate and record, and
the proof thereof duly made by Ozello Messer
one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, which
said Codocil to said Will, together with said
proof have been duly recorded in Will record
"J" page 378 in this Office

Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court, came Ozello
Messer one of the subscribing witnesses to the
foregoing Codocil dated December 13, 1897
to the last Will and Testament of John F.
Willey, late of Clark County Indiana, dec'd
and being duly sworn, on her oath says
that she was present at the execution of
said Codocil to said Last Will that the same
was duly Executed, that at the time of the
Execution thereof said Testator was of full age
to devise his property, of sound mind & memory
and not under any coercion or restraint, that said
testator requested this affiant and George Meser the
other subscribing Witness to sign said Codocil as
witnesses thereto, which they accordingly did in
his presence and in the presence of each other
