Proof Before me H.G. Mason, County
Judge, in and for said County, personally appeared
U.F. Tillis and F.J. Hammond, who being by me
duly sworn say that they were personally present
as subscribing witnesses with A.E. Wiles who was
also present as a subscribing witness and saw the
Testatrix Ella Hawthorne subscribe her name
to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as
and for her Last Will and Testament and that
the said Ella Hawthorne did then and there in
the presence of said witnesses publish and declare
the same to be her Last Will and Testament, That
the said three witnesses did then and there
at the special request of said Ella Hawthorne
and in her presence and in the presence of
each other subscribe their names thereto as attesting
witnesses And the said U.F. Tillis and F.J. Hammond
further swear that they verily believe the said
instrument of writing hereto annexed so sub-
scribed published, declared and attested as
aforesaid to be the true Last Will and Testament
of said Testatrix { U.F. Tillis
