made to the Probate thereof. And it appearing
to the County Judge of said County by due
proof that said Ella Hawthorne died on the
8" day of June A.D. 1898
  It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the
said Last Will and Testament bearing date June
A.D. 6, 1898 and attested by U.F. Tillis, F.J. Hammond
and A.E. Wiles as subscribing witnesses thereto
be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate
according to law as and for the true Last
Will and Testament of said M.A. McFadden
deceased, and that the same with the proof
thereof, be duly recorded in the book of Wills
           Given under my hand and seal
