               To all to whom these presents
may come, Greeting
                     Know ye that we having
inspected the Records in the Office of the Surrogate
of our County of Oneida in the City of Utica
County of Oneida and State of New York, do find
these remaining certain petition for Probate,
waivers proof of death, Proof of Will Decree of Probate
Will and Certificate and Letters Testamentary
Estate of William B. Goodwin, decd in the words
and figures following, to wit

    To the Surrogates Court of the County Oneida

The petitioner Samuel W. Goodwin alleges up-
on information and belief, That William B.
Goodwin died in the Village of Sea Breeze, in
the County of __ ____ and State of Florida on or
about the 27" day of April 1900 and was at
the time a resident of the town of Saengerfield
in the said County of Oneida
    That said William B. Goodwin, deceased,
on or about the 15" day of July 1896 made and
executed a certain instrument in writing of
that date as and for his last Will and Testa
ment which said instrument by its terms
relates to real and personal property,
    That the following are the only persons
named as described in said instrument
as Executor or Trustees, to wit     { Executor &
Sarah P. Goodwin, Waterville N.Y.   { Trustee

Samuel W. Goodwin     "       "        "
    That said Testator left him sur-
viving, Sarah P. Goodwin a wife residing
at Waterville, N.Y.
    That the Names of all of the heirs at
law and next of Kin of said Testator
and of all persons in being who would
take any portion of his real or personal
property under the provisions of said
Will and their respective relationship
