value of Testators real property is $5000 00
Wherefore your petitioner prays that said
instrument be admitted to Probate and recorded
as and for the Last Will and Testament of said
decedent, valid to pass real and personal property
That the persons above named be cited to attend
the probate thereof, and that Letters Testamentary
may be granted and issued according to law
