in the State of Tennessee
Item It is my will and desire, and I do hereby so direct
that out of my property after my death, all of my just
debts, and funeral expenses shall first be fully paid
and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named
Item It is my will and desire that after all my just debts
have been fully paid, & discharged, that my trunks
****** apparel, clothing and other personal property
that I have with me, which may be left after paying
my debts, including the proceeds of (2) Two United States
Registered four per cent Bonds *** ***, for the sum
of One Hundred Dollars each, the same being numbered
127632 and 128759, shall go to, and shall belong to, and the
same as hereby given, bequeathed and devised unto my
cousin Geo. W. Miller, of Staggs Creek, in the state of N.C.
as well also as all other property of Kind whatsoever
be the same real person or mixed, and wherever in
the world the same may be situated or located all
the whole thereof after my just debts have been paid
shall belong to, and is hereby given bequeathed and revised
unto the said Geo. W. Miller and to his heirs
It is my will and desire, and I do hereby authorize
empower, direct and instruct my Executor hereinafter
named to sell, assign and dispose of the said two bonds
above mentioned and to convert them into money, and
out of the proceeds thereof to pay off my just debts & funeral
expenses so far as the same will go towards discharging
the same (signed) Enoch M. Turner
And I do hereby nominate and appoint Robert L.
Robb of Gainesville, in Alachua County State of Florida to be
the Executor of this my last will and testament with
full power and authority to at once carry out the provisions
hereof
In testimony whereof I, the said Enoch W. Turner
lately a resident of Hartford Connecticut have
to this my last will and testament contained
on two sheets of paper, and to
every sheet thereof subscribed my name &
to this the last sheet thereof, I have subscribed
my name & affixed my seal, this second day
of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three
