William B. Goodwin, dec'd       }
                                I, Sarah P. Goodwin
the undersigned, widow of said William B. Goodwin
and one of the heirs at Law and next of Kin and
person interested in the estate of William B. Goodwin
deceased, late of the Town of Sangerfield, Oneida County
New York, do hereby waive the issuing and service
on me of a citation in the above entitled matter
for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of
said William B. Goodwin, deceased bearing date of
the 15th day of July 1896 (together with the Codocil
or Codocils thereto if any) and I do hereby vol-
untarily appear in the Surrogates Court of said
County of Oneida (of which County the said Wil-
liem B. Goodwin was a resident at the time
of his death) New York, in the above entitled matter
for the probate of the last Will and Testament, (and
       thereto
Codocils^that the same may be proved before the Sur-
rogate of said County of Oneida, N.Y. and admitted 
to probate and record by him as a Will valid
to pass both real and personal estate whenever
the same shall be presented to him for that
purpose, and without further or other notice
to me in said matter

and who executed the above instrument and
acknowledged that she executed the same,
