  I, May G. Avirett, the undersigned daughter
of William B. Goodwin, and one of the heirs 
at law and next of Kin and person interested in 
the estate of William B. Goodwin, deceased, late 
of the town of Sangerfield, Oneida County New,
York, do hereby waive the issuing and service 
on me of a citation in the above entitled matter 
for probate of the last Will and Testament of 
William B. Goodwin, deceased, bearing date 
the 15" day of July, 1896 (together with the 
Codocil or Codicils, thereto if any) and I do 
hereby voluntarily appear in the Surrogates
Court of said County of Oneida (of which 
County said William B. Goodwin was a res-
ident at the time of his death) New York
                                the
in the above entitled matter for^Probate of 
the last Will and Testament (and Codocils) 
thereto if any) of the said deceased, and Consent 
and request that the same may be proved 
before the Surrogate of the said County of 
Oneida, N.Y. and admitted to Probate and 
record by him as a Will valid to Pass both 
                 estate
real and personal^property, whenever the same 
shall be presented to him for that purpose and 
               or other
without further^notice to me in said matter.
