In the matter of the Last Will &c }
of William B. Goodwin.            }
                               C.M. Wickwire being
sworn and examined as a witness on behalf
of the petitioner in the above entitled proceedings
says: I reside in the Village of Waterville, I was
acquainted with William B. Goodwin, the above named
decedent. Said decedent lived in the town of Sang-
erfield and to my personal Knowledge he died, &
to deponents best information at Sea Breeze, Fla, on
the 27" day of April 1900.

                    Hugh R. Thomas, being
duly sworn as a witness in the above enti-
tled proceedings, and examined on behalf
of the Petitioner propounding for Probate
said Last Will and Testament says: I reside
in the Village of Waterville in the County of
Oneida and State of New York, I was ac-
quainted with William B. Goodwin late
of the town of Sangerfield in said County of
Oneida, now deceased, and had Known
him for twenty years prior to his death
