I, William B. Goodwin of Waterville
Oneida County New York, being of sound mind
hereby
memory and understanding, do^make, publish
and declare this instrument to be my las Will
and Testament, in manner and form following,
that is to say
= First =
I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Sarah P. Goodwin all my personal property,
except my stocks, notes, bonds, mortgages and
other evidences of debt which shall be on hand
at my decease, to have and to hold the same as
her absolute property
= Second =
I give, devise and bequeath unto my said
wife, all the use, rents and income from all
my real estate and from all of my personal
property (not bequeathed by section first) of which
I may die siezed and I order and direct my Ex-
ecutors and Trustees herein named to pay to my said
Wife said interest, income and rents annually or
or oftener as collected during the full period of he nat-
ural life
= Third =
From and after the decease of my wife, Sarah,
P. Goodwin, I give, devise and bequeath to my
daughter May G. Avirett the use, interest and in-
come for and during the period of her natural
life, of ten thousand Dollars and I order and
direct my Executors and trustees to set apart and
safely invest said sum from my estate and to
annually or oftener as collected to pay over the
