income or interest thereof to my daughter May
G. Avirett, during her natural life,
          = Fourth =
 At the decease of my daughter, May G, Avirett, if she
shall leave a child or children her surviving, I bequeath
the securities set apart in section third to said child
or children, absolutely, share and share alike, but
if my daughter, May G. Averitt shall die having
no child or children, said securities shall be given
to my legal heirs
          = Fifth =
 I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter
Ada G. Dean, the use, interest and income of all my
estate remaining at the death of my wife,
Sarah P. Goodwin, except the bequests mentioned
in sections first third and fourth, and I order
and direct my Executors and Trustees to pay
to her annually or oftener as collected, said
interest, rents and income during her natural
life and at the death of my daughter, Ada
G. Dean, if she leaves a child or children her
surviving, then I give all the property of the trust
covered by this section to said Child or Children
absolutely, share and share alike, but in the
event that my daughter Ada G. Dean shall die
leaving no child or children then said property
shall decend to and become the property of my
natural heirs
            = Sixth =
 The devises and bequests herein made to and
for the benefit of my wife I declare to be in lieu
and stead of Dower in my said estate and
shall be accepted and recieved by her.
            = Seventh =
 I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Sarah
P. Goodwin, and my daughter Ada G. Dean
and my brother Samuel W. Goodwin of Water-
ville N.Y. or the survivor or survivors of them
executors and Trustees of this my last Will
and Testament, and I hereby revoke any and
all Wills made by me heretofore, hereby declaring
this instrument and this only to be my last
