 I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife
Sarah P. Goodwin, and my daughter Ada G. Dean
and my brother Samuel W. Goodwin of Waterville
N.Y, or the Survivor or survivors of them Ex-
ecutors and Trustees of this my Last Will and
Testament, and I hereby revoke any and al
Wills made by m
  If at my decease I shall be the owner of any
real estate I do hereby authorize and empower
my said Executors to sell the same in their
discretion and to execute due and proper con-
veyances thereof for the purpose converting the
same into money or invested securities to be
added to and constitute a portion of the trust
fund hereby created, and I further authorize and
empower my Executors in their discretion to re-
tain and continue any of the investments made
by me, as may to them seem to be for the inter-
ests of my estate
    In witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, this 15th day of July, AD eighteen hun-
dred and ninety six

declared to us by the above Testator to be his Last
Will and Testament and he so signed the
