     I James B. Dawkins of Alachua County & State of Florida
being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make
ordain and declare this to be my last will and Testament
     Item First;  I give and bequeath all my real and my personal property of
whatever nature or kind, which I may have or possess, or be
entitled to at the time of my death to my beloved wife

     Item 2.  I hereby constitute her my said wife my sole
Executrix to carry out and perfect this my will with
full power to execute all papers necessary to perfect the
same
