Know ye That at a Surrogates Court held
in and for the County of Oneida and State of New
York at the Surrogates Office in the City of Utica
in said County on the 21 day of May one thousand
nine hundred before Hon Frederick M. Calder Sur-
rogate a decree was duly made admitting to probate
the Last Will and Testament of William B. Goodwin
late of the town of Sangerfield in said County, deceased
And Sarah P. Goodwin, Ada G. Dean and Samuel
W. Goodwin, nominated and appointed Executors
in said Last Will and Testament having appeared
and taken the oath of office prescribed by law
Now therefore we do grant these Letters
Testamentary to the said Executors giving and grant-
ing them power and authority to execute the pro-
visions of said Last Will and Testament and to
administer and dispose of the estate of said de
ceased, as required by law
