To all to whom these Presents shall come or may concern:
Greeting
Know ye, That we having examined the
records and files in the Office of the Surrogate of the
County of New York, do find there remaining a cer-
tain record of the last Will and Testament of Wiliam
W. Loring, deceased, together with the probate thereof
and Letters (Testamentary) granted thereon, Said
Will having been duly admitted to probate as a
Will of Real and personal property on the sixth
day of June in the year one thousand eight
hundred and eighty seven in the words and fig-
ures following, to wit:
Be it remembered that Heretofore, to wit, on
the thirtieth day of January in the year of our
Lord One thousand Eight hundred and eighty seven
John Joseph Reardon designated as Executor in
the last Will and Testament of Wiliam W. Loring
deceased, appeared in open Court before Daniel
G. Rollins, Surrogate of the County of New York and
made application to have the said last Will
and Testament which relates to both real and
personal property
on
And^such application the Surrogate did as-
certain by satisfactory evidence that said deceased
died on the thirtieth day of December in the
year One thousand eight hundred and eighty six
leaving him surviving William W. Loring Spencer
a niece residing at Arum White Pine County
Nevada, Mary Catharine Royston, a niece res-
iding at Chicago Ill. Catharine Knight, a niece
residing at Mount Vernon, N.Y. Mary Eliza Mairrom
residing at Donaldsonville Louisiana, William
Alford Loring and Charles B. Loring Nephews re-
siding at St. Augustine Florida, his only heirs and
next of Kin.
And the said Surrogate did thereupon
issue a Citation duly directed to said only
heirs and next of Kin (William W. Loring)
Spencer was of full age and duly waived
