the issuance and service of Citation and consented
that said Will was admitted to probate forthwith
requiring them to appear before said Surrogate
at his Office in the City of New York on the twenty
fourth day of February then next, to attend the
Probate of said Will on which day it appearing
that all the parties had not been properly served a
new Citation was issued returnable on the
Eighteenth day of April then next, and after-
wards, to wit on the said Eighteenth day of April
in the year One thousand and eight hundred
and eighty seven, Satisfactory proof of Affidavit
was addressed and presented to said Surrogate
of the service of said Citation in the mode pre-
scribed by law
Whereupon oposition having been made to
the probate of said Will such proceedings were
thereupon had afterwards that said Surrogate
took proofs of said Will as hereinafter set
forth and upon this sixth day of June in the
year One thousand eight hundred and eighty
a
seven, he adjudged said Will to be^valid
Will of real and personal property and the
proofs thereof to be sufficient, which said
Last Will and Testament and proofs are
as follows, that is to say

I, William W. Loring, Late of the Egyptian
Army, now in the City of New York and res-
iding in 221 West 14" Street, being of sound mind
and memory, do make, publish and declare, this
my Last Will and Testament in manner following
that is to say I give and bequeath all my es-
tate, personal and real and mixed in possession and
expectancy to Albert A. Nunez now of said City
of New York and his two daughters Mary Cath-
arine Royston, wife of Herbert Royston of the City
of Chicago State of Illinois, and William W.
Loring Spencer wife of the late United States
Senator of the State of Alabama, now in the
State of New York, making the said Albert A.
