Nunez and said daughters my sole heirs and
legaties and inheritors, distributing my said es-
tate among them as follows, One half of my
said estate whatever it may be to the said Albert
A. Nunez to be invested it may be to the said Albert
named in United States Stock or Bonds for the
benefit of said Albert A. Nunez he to have the use
of the interest of the proceeds for his support and
at his death to revert to his daughters herein-
before named All the rest of my estate, personal
real or mixed whatever Kind or discription either
in possession or expectancy to be divided equally
between them and use as they may please with-
out let or hindrance from any person or persons
whatever and I hereby appoint and Constitute the
Reverend John Joseph Reardon my sole Executor
who reside at Saint Bernards Roman Catholic
Church West 14" street New York in the State
of New York

The foregoing instrument of writing con-
sisting of one sheet of paper was at the 
date thereof signed, sealed, published and
declared by the said William W. Loring as
and for his Last Will and Testament in the
presence of us who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
and he acknowledged to us and each of us that
we had signed and sealed the same, and we there-
fore at his request and in his presence and in
