The People of the State of New York:

    To all to whom these presents may come: Greeting

Know Ye, That we having inspected the records
in the Office of the Surrogate of our County of Oneida
in the City of Utica, County of Oneida and State of
New York do find there remaining certain Petition
for Probate, Citation & pr of service, remunerations of
Executor, Decree of Probate, Letters testamentary, Will
                              the
and Certificate of Probate, in^words and figure fol-
lowing, to wit.
     At a Surrogates Court held in and for the
County of Oneida, State of New York at the Surrogates
Office, in the City of Utica in said County on the
27 day of December AD 1899
        Present Hon Frederick M. Calder, Surrogate
In the matter of proving the    }
Last Will and Testament of      }
Fred H. Hubbard, deceased       }
                                 Maud T. Hubbard having
                        written
heretofore presented her^petition, verified on the 9" day
of November 1899 praying that the instrument bearing
date the 25th day of April 1898, purporting to be the Last
Will and Testament of Fred H. Hubbard, late of the Vil-
lage of Waterville in said County of Oneida, deceased,
be admitted to probate and record as a Will valid to
pass real and personal property, And a citation having
thereupon been issued to the heirs at law and next of
Kin mentioned in said petition, requiring them to
appear in this Court on the 27 day of December 1899
at ten oclock in the forenoon of that day and attend
the Probate thereof, And satisfactory proof having been
filed of the due service of said Citation on John
W. Hubbard, Hattie T. Hubbard & Ida J. Hubbard
And said petitioner having appeared on the return
day named in said Citation by H.J. Coggeshall
Atty, and the several witnesses called having been
examined before the Surrogate, and the proof,
taken reduced to writing, and the Surrogate
having inquired particularly into the facts and
circumstances, and heard the proof and allegations
of the parties, and duly deliberated thereon and
