it appearing to his satisfaction that the instrument
propounded for probate as and for the last Will and
Testament of said deceased is genuine and valid and
was duly executed, and that the Testator at the time of
the execution thereof, was of full age, of sound mind
and memory, was in all respects competent to make
a Will, and not under restraint: and the Probate
thereof not having been Contested.
   It is decided, ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the said instrument be and the same is hereby
admitted to probate, and established as and for the
Last Will and Testament of said Testator, valid
to pass real and personal property, and the same
with the proofs taken be recorded, accordingly
And it is further ordered and decreed that Letters
Testamentary be issue to Maud T. Hubbard
Executor in said Will named, upon her appear-
ing and taking the Official oath as prescribed
by law,                   F.M. Calder

Will

        I, Fred H. Hubbard of the City of
Gainesville, in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament.
             = First =
  I give to my wife, Maud T. Hubbard, all of my
property in the State of Florida, all of my interest
in the property of the Lake Manana Company
situated at Council Bluffs in the State of Iowa
or elsewhere, without reserve
             = Second =
  I give to my wife Maud T. Hubbard the use of
what remains of my share in the estate of my mother
the late Julia T. Hubbard, while the said Maud T. Hubbard
shall live, unless she should marry again in which
case the said interest is said estate shall revert
to my sisters Hattie T. Hubbard and Ida J. Hubbard
or should either of said sisters be dead it shall go
to the surviving sister.
