Alachua County     } County of Alachua, in the State of Florida
do hereby make oath and say that I do hereby believe that the
paper writing hereto annexed, and hereby exhibited as the last will
and Testament of James B. Dawkins, to be the true and genuine
last will and Testament of the said James B Dawkins decd, 
and that I am the sole Executrix therein named, and that the 
said Testator died in Gainesville in Alachua County Florida
which was his usual place of residence and abode on the 12th

Testament of James B. Dawkins decd to be the sole executor thereof
and did say and declare before me that she was hereby renounce
the office of Executrix of said Last Will, and Testament and 
that she does hereby refuse to qualify or take upon herself
the said office of Executrix of said will, and she hereby prays
that Letters Cum testaments annexo may be issued to Julius A
Carlisle upon the estate of James B Dawkins decd
